Our awarding body’s new FS quals have not been approved by Ofqual yet, therefore are not showing in LARS. This is imminent but is obviously affecting my claim as I have various errors. Any suggestions on what I do as this is not our fault? When I have uploaded the data via SLD it says we will not be paid for learners with errors in their data.

You can put them on a “proxy” learning aim (see PSM 289-293). You must code them as such, and you can’t close the records until you’ve replaced them with the correct learning aim and un-flagged them as proxy. That’s a pain if they withdraw before the correct learning aim is available, as you then have to take them out of the ILR until you get the correct aim.

Thank you so much for this, I vaguely remember using this a few years ago…
