Could anyone advise me on the following query:

We have a number of learners aged 19-24 years who are enrolled on a mixture of FM35 and FM10 learning aims. Prior to attaching an EHCP plan to these learners we have no ILR errors.

However, when we apply the EHCP plan we have to change the funding model from FM35 to FM25 and the SOF from 105 to 107. This does not cause a problem, but could someone advise me on how we treat the enrolments against the FM10 as these immediately become errors due to learners being enrolled on both funding models. I believe that when we apply the EHCP and change the FM35 to FM25 learners are then treated as 16-18 year old’s who, I believe are not entitled to FM10 funding

My understanding above may be completely wrong, but I would appreciate advice on this?

    Kind Regards
