    Hi there,

For Level 2 courses, if a student is 19-23, has a full Level 2 but are unemployed, on Active Benefits and need to remove barrier to work, we can give fee remission. What is the situation if they have a Level 3 but all the rest applies. Do they get fee remission because they will have a qualification that’s more than a full Level 2? Or, is the crux of it that it needs to be a full Level 2 qualification and nothing higher?

    Thanks

Yes, they still get fee remission. It’s only those 19-23s who have less than FL2 that have restrictions on what L2 they can do.
