If a learner originally started an apprenticeship on PT hours so had an extended duration to meet the duration rules, but then returned as a full time employee do you continue to use that PT methodology for their new predicted end dates? I can’t find guidance that supports this query, any pointers would be appreciated.
I had the opposite. Full time returning to part time after taking maternity leave.
Can’t remember how i found out (might have been through discussions on here), but the amount of time (ie weeks) that they had left, i extended to account for them working part time. Not sure if this was correct, but seemed to make sense.
