If we haven’t got the latest and most up-to-date apprenticeship agreement from an Employer should we end the apprenticeship?

I know the funding rules read that a provider must have evidence of the agreement at the start, and throughout and that ‘If the apprenticeship agreement is incomplete and/or does not meet the statutory requirements the individual will not have a valid agreement and will not be eligible to receive funding.’

Therefore could we end the apprenticeship due to no evidence of the updated apprenticeship agreement?

You can use the ESFA template, just complete it and ask the Apprentice and employer to sign it.
If the employer will not agree to this or provide alternative documentation then you are not eligible to receive funding and should not include it in your claim for funding.
