    Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody could please clarify an exemption query we have here? We have a learner who has achieved grade C in both Maths and English with her old school and does not have these in either certificate form or as grades on her PLR. What she does have is a GCSE Statement of Results on school headed paper which has been signed and dated by the examinations officer, can this still be used as an exemption for functional skills as part of the apprenticeship standards?
I know that on the old frameworks, such a thing could be used if all this criteria was met as per the ACE list of acceptable evidence but I just need clarification if we can use this for standards when it comes to EPA registration?

Any clarity would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    M
