I have an apprentice who started training in July 2018. Her hours were 40 I have just been advised she is now working 20 per week so I know this will impact on the OTJ calulation and can I amend her PED now to extend her minimum duration?

Hi Lisa,
You will need to amend the learning agreement to reflect the date required to meet the revised minimum duration requirement as a result of the reduction in working hours, however this is not reflected in the ILR as for funding purposes the Planned End Date must not be changed outside of the qualifying period.
