My app’s additional payment report shows the payments we received in September but now has payments in November’s Column which I wasn’t expecting and have never shown up on funding summary report before for November.
Has anyone else had similar?
There are two columns for each month. One for when you earned the money, and one for when you were paid. There were lots of payments earned in August and September this year that were only paid in October, and a further bunch that were only paid in November. It was a known problem.
Could it be that the payments were earned earlier, but only appeared as payments for November?
