We have an agreed EPAO for the standards we offer, but as part of their contract they stipulate the price for EPA may change.Does this mean we should leave TNP2 blank in our ILR until we know the price is confirmed?
What do we ask employers to enter into the apprenticeship service – the training price only?
Has anybody else had this issue and are there any workarounds? We’re new to apprenticeships so are trying to keep things straightforward (impossible… I know!)
We have come across this in the past, I pushed back on the EPAOs and stated that at the point a price change occurs, it only impacts new starts from that date onwards. I was not willing to get new documentation/ reapprove on the AS for a retrospective price change.
