We have some employers that did not (mainly due to the Apprenticeship Service crashing continuously for us all!!) set up their DAS accounts in time to reserve funding before their learners started their learning. The learners needed to start on a specific date due to the delivery model.
The Employers have now set up their DAS accounts and want to be able to claim the government grant.
Are we able to enter Contract Type 2 (An employer that is not on the apprenticeship service…) from the Start date up to the point that the DAS funding was reserved, then record a residual price and switch over to Contract Type 1 (A levy or non-levy paying employer on the apprenticeship service..)?
