I suspect the answer is no but wonder if anyone else has come across the same question: If a learner fails to complete an apprenticeship, through no fault of the provider, is it possible to levy a charge on the employer? Thoughts welcome, Darren March 14, 2019 at 1:09 pm #355837 simonlParticipant I would say no. The provider has already drawn down their funding so why would they charge an employer again? You can specify that the employer pays for any re-sits if its on a standard but this would need to go into your contract.
