Has anyone seen any updates regarding the Course Directory Portal. We got an email at the end of February to say that it was going to be frozen for about 3 weeks. It’s been over a month now and amendments still cannot be made.
I know everyone is more preoccupied with actually staying in business but it’s a bit rubbish of the ESFA to freeze the portal and not let us know if they are moving it or reopening it for the time being.
Has anyone got any information as to what is going on?
If you contact the helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org with your UKPRN and name they will be able to give you access to the system so that you can update your information. Communications about the data freeze ending have been on hold as the ESFA and apprenticeship service focus their communications on critical support to providers during the pandemic.
We expect to be able to communicate out sign in details to the new system to all users shortly.
Any providers who have previously had access to the Course Directory can ask for access to the new Publish to the course directory system email@example.com.
We have been unable to access the Course Directory Portal since the transfer to the new system. We have emailed several times to the email address suggested and had no response. We now have 3 standards which we want to deliver and are unable to add them to the portal which is very frustrating.
Are you receiving an automatic reply acknowledging your email? If not then please check the address you are sending it to as this mailbox always acknowledges receipt and the helpdesk reply within 1 hour.
