    For any primes out there can you tell me as part of your due diligence process how through you are you when checking staff details from subcontractors.

    We check the CV to check the tutor/assessor has the experience and request a copy of the certificate to evidence their qualifications.

    Does everyone else do the same?

    Do you accept certificates that are not written in English?
