We have an employer that doesn’t actually want their 16-18 employer incentive!! They have advised us to donate it….. just wondered if anybody has come across this before and if so what they did about this to support audit?
It’s not your company’s to donate. I’d forward it on to the employer for them to do with as they see fit. Easiest and safest way of dealing with it from your point of view as far as audit is concerned.
The funding rules require that you must pass these on in full to the employer within 30 working days of receiving this funding from EFSA, I would advise the employer accordingly and make the payment to them.
