I think I know the answer but thought would ask anyway.
We have a learner on a framework who has nearly completed but has told us that she is leaving her employer and going to Uni. She will have finished fully by the time she leaves. Unfortunately, the date she has given her employer is 4 days before 366 days on programme.
My queries are:
1) As she will be unemployed can she still achieve her framework?
2) As she will not have been on programme for over 365 days can she still achieve her framework Apprenticeship Completion Certificate?
We are not overly bothered about claiming the achievement payment, but are more about doing the right thing by the Learner.
