    Hi All,

Wonder if anyone has heard of the above in relation to apprenticeships? This has been brought to our attention, but we cannot see any mention of it in the funding rules for 2020/21.
    Many thanks
    Deb

This is what it refers to:

P344.5 Evidence that where the planned hours and the actual hours do not align,
there is statement on file to explain the difference (provided by you). This
statement must summarise volume changes to the commitment
statement since the beginning of the programme and must be
countersigned by the employer and apprentice to show whether they are
satisfied with the quantity of training delivery (even though it is different to
the volume agreed at the beginning of the programme).

    Hi,
Does it relate to this paragraph in the funding rules?

P64 The employer and apprentice must countersign this statement if they agree with, and are satisfied with, the quantity of training that was delivered, even though this is different to the original volume agreed at the beginning of the apprenticeship.

Hmmm, not seen that particular phrase before?

Only thing that sounds similar is the agreement with the employer where you’ve got an early completer? Para 64 (V2 20/21):

P64 The employer and apprentice must countersign this statement if they agree with, and are satisfied with, the quantity of training that was delivered, even though this is different to the original volume agreed at the beginning of the apprenticeship.

Although it generally refers to it as a “signed summary statement”

Thanks to all – I also panicked when I saw an advertisement for a webinar today referring to the “end of programme satisfaction agreement” and couldn’t find this in the funding rules!
