Do they not have to provide a fixed fee that includes travel? Assume they can charge travel? Thanks D June 2, 2020 at 12:18 pm #447234 Martin LocockParticipant Tthe EPAO can include as eligible costs “costs associated with ensuring trained staff and appropriate premises are available to deliver end-point assessment” (so both pay and travel). The price agreed with the employer (TNP2) should cover all EPAO costs so if there is a travel element they should have accounted for that in their fee. If their set fee doesn’t include travel then either they need to change their set fee or not charge for travel.
