We are a large company with different national office locations. Does each office need its own ERN? At the moment its just our HQ. Thanks in advance May 11, 2018 at 2:26 pm #256145 GaynorLFParticipant Hi Rebecca Alice I would advise the EDS webpage would be the best place to check this. Companies we deal do have their own ERN for each office and they are all shown in the Company Tree on the EDS website. https://edrs.sfa.bis.gov.uk Hope that hepls May 11, 2018 at 2:39 pm #256150 rebeccaaliceParticipant Hi Gaynor, Thank you for your reply. We have checked the EDS webpage, and our offices do not currently have separate ERNs. Should there be a need for our offices to have separate ERNs we would have to generate them. However before actioning that task we want to find out where it is instructed from ESFA or elsewhere that this is proper procedure. If you have any guidance on that, would be very gratefully received! The reason why this is required is that the Recruit an Apprentice service also requires the site EDRS location. I do know of another national organisation who has had to do this for all 1200 sites.
