We use a DD company to collect quarterly contributions from employer. Payments come to us weekly in ‘bulk’ and we then allocate against the ILR. We have a report we receive from the DD provider which we would use as evidence.
Would you agree this is sufficent?
For those who pay the contribution in full – would an export of the invoice showing no amount owing be sufficient or do they want to see a corresponding bank statement showing the payment going through as indicated on invoice / statement?
