    Hi,

Is anyone experiencing issues with the Funding Summary Report from the FIS not matching the report generated via the HUB.

The report from the FIS is doubling the values against the HUB reports and is causing issues in forecasting monthly payments.

    Thanks

    Hi Louise,
There is a known issue for the FIS Funding Summary Report that is calculating FM 36 incorrectly, it has not been possible to use this or reporting from the mdb file due to this issue in FIS.
The HUB reports are however correct for FM 36.

    Hi both,

yes indeed as you say Martin.

A funding report that does anything but? Oh dear. It is obvious what it is doing but remains unresolved now for 3 months or so.

Thanks Martin & Chris – ESFA at their best again!

Ill await for them to resolve, maybe in time for the R14 upload for 18/19 🙂

Has there been any further update on this? has the funding in FIS been rectified to match the HUB reports?

    Hi,
They look to have rectified the FM36 calculations, FIS reports and MDB appear to be correct but they have not updated the known issues documentation.

The compatibility issues on FIS between the AEC rulebase and the FIS framework are now resolved and a new version is available to download.

The application will automatically check for this update when opened.

The Known Issues document has now been updated to reflect this update.

Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
