I have been reading pages and pages of funding guidance but cannot find a resolution to my issue.

We are a specialist post-16 FE College and have a learner who is now 19 years, no EHCP but has a My Plan. The learning support costs for this learner are over £19,000 – and the Local Authority pay the fee’s.

I have read that I can still record this learner on the ILR despite no EHCP but I can’t find how.

The violation report is returned with the following error:

“The learner is recorded as a High Needs Student but there is no Education health care plan recorded”

    Can anyone advise?

    Thanks in anticipation.
