We are trying to upload our first ILR submission to the Hub. I have logged into The Hub successfully and gone to the ‘data returns’ tab. I click on ‘1718_ILR’ expecting to be taken to the next page where the upload button is, but all I get is an error message as follows:
An error has occurred with the application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
I’ve checked all system settings, tried opening The Hub in both Chrome and IE, but nothing works. I’ve also checked the IdAMS permissions and these seem to be correct.
Anyone got any advice whilst I wait for the service desk to respond to my ticket!?
