I have tried to download the LARS mdb download dated 19th November 2014 but I have been prompted with Information Management Services Logon screen so I am unable to download the mdb file as I do not have a User ID.

I have tried to download this from https://hub.imservices.org.uk/Learning%20Aims/Downloads/Pages/default.aspx and hit the same brick wall “Information Management Services: Logon” – why?

FIS component set 009, which includes the fix to the MDB issue, is now available for download, so there should be no issue with the download process any more.
Please do let the Service Desk know if the system is still prompting you for additional passwords.
