I have an apprentice who stated he had GCSE English and Maths at the start of his programme that would exempt him from the functional skill elements. Now that he is at the end of his programme he is unable to produce the evidence (I know, it should be there from start).

He is past his planned end date for his framework so his functional skills learning start date will be outside of his programme aim but his programme actual end date will be when he finishes his FS – will this work or will we have to complete the apprenticeship as pending result and put the FS on as non-funded so he can achieve them to enable the claim of his ACE certificate?

    TIA

I was told by the helpdesk that any aim on the ILR can have a start and planned end date after the ZPROG aim if the learner is still currently live.
