    Hi all,

I still can’t find a way of finding equivalent Learning Aim Refs for the errors we still have.

Emailed Data Service. Nothing. Tried Ladet website but if I copy and paste the title of the aim ref I just get the same one back and no equivalent.

Here are my list of errors:

I can do your Z aims for you:

Z0002134 Non regulated provision, Entry Level, English This Learning aim reference (Z0002134) is Adult Skills funded and is not valid in LARS for a new starter on this Learning start date (09/09/2013)
if this is ASB funded it needs to be one of the range Z0004354 to Z0004365 “Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, English” depending on the hours

Z0002138 Non regulated provision, Entry Level, Maths This Learning aim reference (Z0002138) is Adult Skills funded and is not valid in LARS for a new starter on this Learning start date (09/09/2013)
if this is ASB funded it needs to be one of the range Z0004402 to Z0004413 “Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, Maths” depending on the hours

Z0004357 Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, English, 45 to 68 hrs This Learning aim reference (Z0004357) is 16-19 EFA funded and is not valid in LARS for a new starter on this Learning start date (09/09/2013)
If this aim is for a 16-19 year old it needs to be Z0002134

Z0004405 Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, Maths, 45 to 68 hrs This Learning aim reference (Z0004405) is 16-19 EFA funded and is not valid in LARS for a new starter on this Learning start date (09/09/2013)
If this aim is for a 16-19 year old it needs to be Z0002138

Z9OPE14A Non-externally certificated FE other provision, Entry Level, Preparation for Life and Work (SSA 14), PW A This Learning aim reference (Z9OPE14A) is Adult Skills funded and is not valid in LARS for a new starter on this Learning start date (18/10/2013)
Bit more complicated this one because the aims aren’t sequential, but it will need one with “Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, Foundations for Learning and Life” or “Non regulated SFA formula funded provision, Entry Level, Preparation for Work” in the title, depending on theSSA tier 2 and the hours!

    Hi Simon,

Have you tried looking in the catalogue spreadsheet. You can filter that for Awarding Orgnaisation, SSA, qualification type. That should at least narrow things down for you and you’ll know if they are funded.

Then you cna search on Ladet/LARS Lite to see if FIS will actually calculate funding.

    Hi Simon,

The Level 2 Workskills is only available for adults who are unemployed and in receipt of benefits. Check that your Employment Status is unemployed and that you have set their benefit status too. Without these, the aim will continue to error. If they are either employed or not in receipt of benefits, they are not funded.

Level 1 Workskills is available for ASB. Level 1 (60023946) and Level 2 Certificate (60022966) are funded as are the Diplomas (6002382X and 60023831).

I couoldn’t find anything funded for your Child Care for Adults. It just isn’t funded anymore.

I did find a Level 2 Diploma in Publc Service with Edexcel 50077727. It is a bigger qualification but is currently funded for adults.

Or a Level 2 Certificate in Public Services 5007801X. Thats it I’m afraid.

    Hope this helps
    Claire
