    HI
Can anyone confirm if an OCR Level 2 in Adult Numeracy is the equivalent of a L2 in Maths please?
I have searched all exemption info, but can’t find anything for “Adult Numeracy”.
    Any help greatly appreciated,

    Thanks
    Kay

Yes that’s a new exemption announced 1st November

    https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/845289/Apprenticeship_standards_English_and_maths_list.ods

However it can be backdated to all continuing Apprenticeships.

Jumping on the back of this (not relating to apprenticeships). Is the Certificate in Numeracy considered by ESFA to be equivalent to the Reformed Functional Skills qualification or would it be classed as double funding if a learner wanted to do a Functional Skills qualification, had already achieved a level 1 in numeracy but their diagnostic showed them to be at low end of E3?

    Many thanks.
