Hi we have learners on a standard that had no EPAO at start.
We put an assessment cost as zero and put the total price of the apprenticeship in training cost.
Now we have an EPAO so need to add the assessment cost.

Do we just change the zero in the assessment cost to the new cost then change the training cost? Service desk could not answer this one

    Example £5k standard
    Training cost 5k
    assessment cost 0

Now do we change training cost to £4100 and assessment cost to £900

They apply to start date so I don’t think we need a new TNP1 and 2.

    Hi Simon

In order for us to clear up errors in Period 14 due to the same thing with Papermaker apprenticeship, we were advised by ESFA to add the TNP Training and TNP Assessment costs in again separately and use the date from which we were advised that there is now an EPAO. This worked for us in Period 14.

You leave the original entries and then add the revised amount with an appropriate date in the current ILR year.
    You will have:
    TNP 1 5000 start date
    TNP 2 0 start date
    Then Add
TNP 1 4100 date of change in current year
TNP 2 900 date of change in current year

    Thanks guys
