If a provider is on RoATP and does not have a non-levy allocation (i.e. they are targeting Levy employers only) but in the process of marketing to their existing Employer base receives interest from non-levy employers, is there any scope to start these learners under a non-levy/10% contribution arrangement or would the provider have to pass those Employer relationships to other non-levy funded training provider?

When will providers get the opportunity to apply for non-levy funds. I am aware existing non-levy contracts are due to be extended to March 2020 (??), but will new RoATP Providers get the chance to apply for non-levy funds any time soon?
I have been unable to find any information on when the ESFA will open any procurement for non-levy contracts, I would advise you contract the ESFA directly (it may help if you can provide evidence of Employer demand for provision).
