Sorry I’m new to here, just need clarification from the conference on Monday, returning learners who have not completed their 42 days on register in the 2nd year, do I adjust their hours manually to reflect the hours in the second year, or do I have to change their second year start date so their is an actual start date and an actual end date, but if I do this they may not be picked up as returning learners (progressing learners).

    Hi,
Do not change any dates as an aim start date must never be changed.
If this is for 16-18 learners see Annex C: of the funding guidance.
