    Morning everyone,

Has anyone seen more guidance on how to apply the code 369 in the ILR in the letter we received there was only one line saying

To identify learners when they start a
    programme implemented by the
provider in response to COVID-19, with
support to ensure they can start in
learning when it is safe to do so

We have had starts go in our ILR return and training has taken place so everything is proceeding as “normal” so we are not sure if this code is appropriate to use.

    Many thanks

Yeah, I also read this last week and wasn’t fully sure what the purpose of 369 was?

**following** to see what other people think.

Classic “bung something on the LDM list before we release the full guidance” here. This was how we found out about the Low Wage fee waiver a fortnight before it was announced as well…

Would’ve thought 368 “To identify learners who have left their programme without achieving due to COVID-19, including those who are being supported by the provider so they can return when it is safe to do so” would be more applicable to the Provider Relief Scheme though?

Hold tight and don’t do anything yet, would expect guidance this side of R10, if they need us to return it then.

It would be helpful to receive guidance for LDM 368 & LDM 369 before R10 which is in a couple of weeks

Has anyone seen any updates on this yet? Tribal have released a guide on how to add it but it was the first I had heard. Hopefully not something we have to go back and add for all our suspensions and withdrawals?

    Per discussion here:

*at the moment* it only needs to be used if you’ve received PRS from ESFA, or probably WMCA.

Basically, if you’ve not been told explicitly by a funder to use it, don’t use it 😉

    Great thank you Steve!
