Does the flow chart on Page 51, regarding what is and what is not a Break in Learning need to be updated. Also, does P264, P265 and P265.2 sort of contradict each other? My query would be if a learner left employment and then started with a new employer on day 31, and wanted to restart the apprenticeship, are they then a new start?
