We have a learner who has been on a BIL during furlough. Even though they could have trained, both the learner and employer thought a BIL more appropriate. The employer has now made the learner’s role redundant, with more than 6 months of the programme left to finish.
I imagine I should be able to restart the learner, process the change of employer to reflect redundancy, and continue to deliver training for 12 weeks whilst we look for another employer. But wanted to check here before I offer this option as I believe a return from BIL expects the ERN to remain the same?
