    Hello,

    We are an employer in the process of gathering information to make our application to RoATP to become an employer provider for two standards.

    Under CC-PP ‘People – we need to know that you have employees in place with sector level experience and expertise in training’ we are asked to provide (among other things) our ‘process for professional development of your employees’. Am I correct in thinking that this refers to our employees responsible for the delivery etc of training (as it would if the question was being asked of a main provider), rather than our wider employee population which would, of course, include our apprentices?

    We are conscious that we don’t want to fall into any bear traps in the application so if anyone has previously applied to RoATP for EP status and would be happy to have a chat and share your experiences with me, any insights would be gratefully received!
