    Hi

    Is anyone willing to share how they document/collate and evidence work experience placement hours, if they are attended and if not how the reasons why are evidenced?

    We have used time sheets filled in at placement, now we have registers that are completed by TA’s who telephone the placements each week or daily

    Thank you – its good to know what others are doing – your process sounds very similar to ours – we are just currently reviewing our processes and looking for some best practice!
