Hi does anyone have or can anyone point me in the right direction I am looking for some information that subcontractors on community and short accredited training courses can give to learners regarding enrolling them for a ULN number and how to access PLR.
What do other people do and how to you manage this with subcontractors, to ensure that learners receive information around a ULN being created for them and what this means and the permissions around this?

We incorporate the shortened version (Appendix F of the ILR Spec) in our Learning Agreement T&Cs – which gives students enough information but without them losing the will…..but include links to the full version if they wish to pursue.
This covers you for that part of any ESFA and ESF matching funding audit.
Any subcontractors use the same enrolment paperwork.
