We have been having an ongoing debate re what is classed as distance learning and face to face.
The funding guidance states they will not pay for a apprenticeships if they are 100% distance learning.
If a teaching and learning session is delivered virtually can this be classed as face to face?
    Thanks in advance

The definition in the funding rules is:
    Distance learning
Learning that is delivered remotely rather than face-to-face. For example, e-learning and webinars.
