Hi – for those more experienced with the ILR this will hopefully be an easy answer. A learner was withdrawn in R08 with a November 2019 withdrawal date. It now appears this should have been a break in learning. I’ve scoured over the PSM and can find guidance on how to correct a withdrawal from a previous year as well as statements saying in year admin errors can be corrected quickly but, i can also see much guidance about using the RES indicator. I’m confused. Can i just amend the withdrawal to a break or do i need to create a new aim with the restart indicator?

If an admin error, then as this is in the same academic year (19/20 ILR), you will be able to just amend the record accordingly
