I think they must be having a nightmare. It only seems to be working on IE11 on my PC. I tried to log a problem on phone, waited for ages and then sent email. Still haven’t had acknowledgement of email!!

    Does not bode well!

The longer they take to fix, the less time we have to solve our problems. Can’t get a straight answer.

I asked this question of the help desk. They told me they are working on it. Trouble is, the longer they work on it, the less time we have to work on our problems. Grrrrrr

Hi Steve. He started two years ago, completed a Multiskills diploma at L1. he progressed to Bench Joinery at L2, but as the original Programme of study was two years, this has not left enough time for him to achieve, he needs another year. I thought we could not extend end dates, or is that just for apprentices?

    Many thanks for your help!

Hi Steve, they would not have normally been made redundant, these are strange times at the moment and apparently over a third of the company’s workforce will be made redundant, so extending the contract will not be an option. Usually the apprentices would have been on track to take the EPA this summer within there contract. Theory has been delivered and OTJ but as a practical subject, that is bit behind.

The statement of results is only provisional as it is issued before the actual certificates are produced. You will need to get the apprentice to apply for a certified statement of results from the awarding body, which usually costs upwards of £40 per certificate.

Not the answer you had hoped for I am sure! Sorry

I tried to log in but as we are a ITP, we do not have an URN, so will not accept us anyway. However we do have 16-18 yr olds who are on programmes of study. Help

Hi Martin, for some reason, some of our achievements have not been picked up in the current year’s ILR. For example a learner completed apprenticeship in July 17, the PED was October 18. The achievement date does not seem to be transferring across as the completion was in 17/18, even though PED was 18/19.

I think the MIS should be picking this up, but they are saying it is not.

    Thanks Martin
