Thanks for your responses, much appreciated, I will check the LARS.
If the Trailblazer queries are not resolved then we will put the learners on our existing Apprenticeship Framework instead of TB.
We use the Maytas Scheme Type as 97 (SFA Other(ex ER Other) – this has no affect on funding.
Then on the Starter Tab (Programme Aim Traineeship Only) it is Programme Type 24
Hope this helps you.
Thanks for your help so far – I will try CDS next.
Good morning James
Thanks for that – I can’t believe that I missed it when I did a FIND within all of the douments I looked at.
Good afternoon Chris
I am just about to start using the Maytas Success Rate Reports so the comments above are quite worrying. If you are successful in exporting the structure of the report – I would appreciate having a look at it as well. If it is using Maytas Report Generator then a screen shot of the DESIGN Tab would suffice for me to try to re-create it n my database.
The paragraph you are referring to above “99. Traineeships last up to six months …………
Which document has this been taken from?
This still does not make sense to me. We had Traineeship learners in 2013/2014 who were an average of 560 Planned hours, they went through the ILR export fine and we got paid accordingly. (i.e. Full Time Traineeships).
The only thing that appears to have changed for 2014/2015 is the validation on the requirement for the Employment Status entity to be exported.
There is no validation rule on the fact that someone on a Traineeship is >540 Planned hours.
Is the advice stated above from The ILR Data Specification Team backed up in any of the guidance notes that I should be adhering to?
I am aware of what the definition of the rule is, I just could not link it back to the data in our system.
I am inclined to think that Lee’s advice is probably relevant to my learner records. When my admin staff are completing the ILR Subsidiary Aims section in Maytas, they are completing the ILR 2014 Sub Aims Tab, but they also need to complete the ILR 2013 Sub Aims Tab. This was where the Programme Type was missing for a few of my learners. I have changed them and will be trying to run another ILR through validation tomorrow morning to check this out.
Thanks to everyone for your advice.
David – is there any chance you could send me a copy of the Apprenticeship Calculator?
After submitting my ILR for R02 I don’t appear to have a PFR Occupancy Report in my list of reports (indicative or otherwise). Has anyone else had this problem? I have the Rule Violations, PFR Summary and Occupancy Reports from previous periods.
We use the Occupancy Reports to maintain our Profiling/Budgetting for the contract year so it is important to me to have one each month.
I have presented the above information within our organisation and we just need to double check that ESF matched funding rules and requirements are also met by the above SFA guidance.
Does anyone know whether ESF rules are any different regarding signing of a Learning Agreement?
Thank you Martin. I think it must be for internal processes they want to stick to 2 weeks. I am glad that I have not missed anything in the documentation.
Thanks for the above links OFFS. I have the documents for Traineeships. I need to find out about any other programmes that can be delivered to the NEET group funded by EFA.
I would like to upload a more current P12 ILR file onto the HUB this morning, to match the one I uploaded successfully onto OLDC yesterday. The HUB won’t let me upload anymore; it is showing the one I uploaded on 01/08/2014. Does anyone know which file we will be paid on as I need to be paid on the one dated 06/08/2014 which is sitting on the OLDC.
