    I’ve got one of these too. Definitely 16-18 with SEM ticked and the learner has finished and we’ve been paid the achievement money so wasn’t worrying about it! Not sure whether I should worry or not now?!

    I totally agree, I got one and the report it relates to contains 1 learner! Even our overall percentage of queries on all reports is less than half a percent. Annoying to say the least.

    I believe it has been put on hold due to Purdah, so expect it will all start again after the General Election.

    I’ve got the same issue and no response from the ESFA apart from an email saying “it’s a busy time and it’s taking longer to answer queries than usual”. Great help when employers should have been paid and they haven’t.

    I’ve logged a call with the service desk as it is obvious it’s matching the wrong Apprenticeship Service record with the ILR as I’ve checked both records and the ILR and nothing has been changed since the learner started on level 3 in January 2019 and it’s previously gone through ok.

    Yes, I’ve just found one of these too with DLock05 and 07. It hadn’t previously come through as an issue in last year and we’ve been receiving money for them without a problem???

    Yes I’ve been waiting for these all week and find it very frustrating. I’m due to go on holiday and want to sort out my employer incentives before I go so they are paid timely as due to internal finance deadlines by the time I come back we’ll have missed the 30 days we are supposed to pass them on by. Incredibly annoying that if we don’t return our data by the given deadlines we are penalised and not paid but the reports just come out as and when!

    Hi Andy

    To see you overall cohort the Hybrid year needs to be 2017. To see the timely cohort the Expected year needs to be 2017. Don’t try and filter both columns together!

    We have just started our first learner on the Standard 119 and we are delivering the Diploma in Care, and have put this as the learning aim. It’s states on the Institute for Apprenticeships that it is the required qualification https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/adult-care-worker/
    It’s gone through the last ILR return and this one without any errors.

    Have you got a signed contract for Apprenticeships on the Skills Funding Service? I once had a UKPRN issue and that was the problem, our Head of Service hadn’t authorised the contract.

    It’s a known FIS issue, if you look here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/individualised-learner-record-ilr-check-that-data-is-accurate it’s on the spread sheet.

    Yes, it’s a known issue. I had this from the Service Desk:

    I have been advised due to a network issue that occurred last night providers are unable to access the SFS Payment Tile.

    We expect to have this resolved by COB today and apologise for any inconvenience

    One of many daft rules perhaps! And that would be a good option but we only have them for a year at present so I fear we’re going to have to take the hit, if indeed there is one!

    Thanks Steve, I thought as much. It just seems a bit unfair to keep ‘flogging a dead horse’ so to speak when it could have an adverse effect on a learner’s health. I can only imagine how bad it must feel to already have got a D/3 twice or three times to be told I still had to keep at it!

    I’ve got some of these and R107 as well. It doesn’t say whether it’s a warning or an error or anything that remotely helps you identify the issue. Helpful as ever!

    Yes I’ve got some of these too. Mine seem to relate to learners who have been on a break in learning and who have returned, so have two programme aims but with completely different dates. None of them cross over so can only assume it’s an issue at their end.

    This is the response I have got from the service desk:

    “It is the expectation that learners will complete what they started as eligibility is established as of the start of learning, so you should not need to change anything on the learners programme.”

    So still not clear for learners starting now with all these different dates flying about.
