    Hi Josh,
We are a learning provider and now have the same issues (see my thread above0. This is the first time we have come across these fields listed and to be truthful haven’t a clue where to get the relevant information in order to complete. (Wish they wouldn’t just update things at the end of a month).

Can you point or someone point us in the right direction. We have looked at the ILR Spec and also tried to find information on HESA Spec but it might as well be foreign at the first time of looking.
We need to clear the following:
    NETFEE_01
    NUMHUS_01
    PCFLDCS_02
    PCOLAB_01
    STULOAD_04

We have raised an incident with the ESFA Service Desk but have had no response…

    Regards

We have reported the following errors yesterday to the Data Desk with no response as yet.

Since the FIS update on 22nd November we have now 64 errors relating to standards L4 or above who are completing a HE qualification.

These learners have been in our system for a number of months and have not changed or had any amendments since starting on programme but since the update on Thurs 22nd we now have numerous errors in relation to them:-

    Error codes are:-

    NETFEE_01
    NUMHUS_01
    PCFLDCS_02
    PCOLAB_01 PartnerUKPRN=
    STULOAD_04

Can you advise is this a known issue to be resolved before the R04 deadline?

    Regards

    Steve

Thank you everyone for the responses.

I hope that ESFA do indeed rectify the error by R02 and as for the PICS release we are looking forward to the update which will exclude the identical employment status records..

Next time I think we will hold back on “Optional” items in the future…lol

    Hi Elaine,
    FYI
I spoke to Bravo Solutions who referred me back to the Data Desk. I spoke to the Data Desk who confirmed they had a number of enquiries based upon the form 4a – they told me to submit an email which I did earlier.
They have now come back saying it is resolved as far as they are concerned because they don’t do anything with the itt and I have to write to registerhelp@sfa.bis.gov.uk to register the same issue for their team to resolve the problem.

Are we the only 2 who have an issue with 4a??

Starting to believe I am getting the run around…

If you also send a query into help@bravosolutions.co.uk they might actually do something.

    Hi Elaine,
I also have the same issue (cant find any reference to a 4a form) and I have sent an email to Bravo for clarification. I sent it yesterday and to date have had no response.

    Hi Old 25,
When you have your summary listing displayed click on the links to the left to dril down a level.
When that page displays you will see up in the top right corner a little drop down arrow – click on that, then click through ach option and it will provide you with the option for downloading in pdf or excel.

    Hi Jo,
You pay for the competency qualification out of the 12K, there is no more funding on top.

Yes that is correct in accordance with the rule you state. They don’t actually need to be employed if they can finish the remaining elements outside of the workplace.

    H Victoria,
Just to confirm with you and the answer / guidance provided by Jessica for the following:

A117. The learner’s immigration permission in the UK may have a ‘No recourse to public funds’ condition. Public funds does not include education or education funding, so this does not affect a learner’s eligibility, which must be decided under the normal eligibility conditions.

Are we clear that education funding covers an Apprenticeship – I am just looking for confirmation.

    Hi Gaynor,
It needs to be set as a minimum 366 days- so the earliest end date should be 20/04/2016 as per your example.

    Hi Tracey,
Southern Ireland is not part of the United Kingdom and as such should be treated separately like any other international country.

That’s my view point anyway – hope that helps.

    Hi Simone,
The reports are now contained within a zip file when being produced by the hub – this is a change from the way reports were being received in 14-15.

My last run yesterday came back with 3 reports
    1. the Zip File containing the majority
    2. Rule Violation Report
    3. Rule Violation Summary report.

Hi Matt, the data that the SFA will use regarding PMP 1 and PMP 2 are those submitted at R04 and R08.
Not as you think R05 and R09.

If you are trying with IE check the compatibility settings – I had a problem – changed the settings and then downloaded the excel file with no issue.

    Hello Liam,
I understand where your coming from if the the programme spans the end of February but wouldn’t it be a wiser choice to run the programme at 370 days and take any ambiguity out of the equation, rather than restricting yourself to the exact minimum.

Are you enrolling him as an apprentice as you state or are you putting him on a traineeship, in which case his start date cannot be before 1st August.

With the learner being already 16 years and 9 months and turning 17 in October there should be NO issue with inputting the learner onto PICS.

The academic year falls midnight on the 31st August.

We had last year a learner who left school at the age of 15 years and his 16th birthday was the 28th August. We enrolled him in the July because had had legally left school. Now that he is on a 4 year apprenticeship, he always flags on the DSAT but he is within the rules and guidelines.

I would verify the error with Pellcomp

    Hi Sarah,
Yes a transfer of apprentices from your account to another provider does affect your QSR – As for the process I assume it is via paperwork along with input via your MIS.

    Steve
