I would think it will give you the option to report the changes across both years but maybe query it with your MI support just in case?
Ok we use PICS too so you need to set the ILR programme aim page with learning actual end date as their last day in learning with completion status 1 and outcome 8. Don’t put an achievement date yet or an end date in the ACT box. The achievement date and outcome codes can then be updated after EPA. I use the following which is really helpful:

You need to keep and update them otherwise they will be flagged on the FRM reports as funding issues later down the line!
I would guess this is the ACT end date. Which MI system do you use?
I did the same with clearing everything. Have had no luck logging in since last Friday. I have logged it as an issue again but still no response! In a way I am glad its not just me but this is a ridiculous situation now!!!

Same. I have tried both Chrome and Edge to access the site with no luck!!!
Ok I will give explorer a go instead as also been using Chrome!
Ah glad its not just me. I have logged a call with them about it earlier today.
I use the apps indicative report from the submit learner data site
Just had a quick look as was using the system yesterday.
If you click on document exchange once you’ve signed in there is a list of folders, one of which is finance and payments. Hope that helps.
These are all that are available to us. Bit of a pain to be honest!
I have just logged in and submitted a file without issue. Have you tried using a different internet browser?

I was just in EDRS and copied and pasted the number you have queries and it isn’t recognised so as Sue says I would double check it in EDRS.
I just wondered if you had found any further information on this as I am due to invoice and not really keen to do so give the current situation.
This site is fantastic and has plenty for both staff and learners. We use it for lots of our training.
